How do we pay you?

We have a numerous options for payments, our preferred method on regular cleans is by standing order as this allows payments to be made on time making it easier for our customers who are at times very busy and this is more convenient .

 

Do I need to be in whenever my cleaner comes?

No we are happy to hold your house keys. We will provide you with a key acknowledgement Form which both parties will sign.

 

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Colchester and cover most surrounding areas in Essex.

 

Are you insured?

Yes we are fully insured Yes, including £1,000,000 public liability insurance

 

What are your prices?

Our services are more affordable that you might think. We price each job individually rather than charge flat rates – this makes it as cost effective for you as possible – so you need to ring for a quote.

Can I use you for one-off cleans or do I have to agree to a weekly contract?

We are happy to come along and clean as and when you need, whether that is once a week, once a month, or just for an annual deep clean – we are here to help you! Just give us a call.

 

What happens if I don’t want to commit to the hours you say it takes to clean my home or premises?

During the initial home visit we will tell you how long we expect the initial clean to take, and how long the subsequence maintenance cleans will take*. If you do not feel you can commit to the hours we state are needed, we will give you a cleaning schedule that prioritises certain rooms – our cleaners WILL NOT attempt to do a full house clean in a reduced time as this service will not meet the high levels of satisfaction our good reputation is based on.

*Please note that for many of our customers we have been able to reduce the number of contracted hours after just a few visits. This is because our team will have achieved high levels of cleanliness that are easier to maintain, and will also be more familiar with the property.

 

What do I need to provide?

Hot water and electricity is a must! We cannot carry out our work without these. If either is not available, your clean will be cancelled and you will still be liable to pay for the cancelled appointment. We also request that you supply your own mop.

 

Is there a contract to sign?

No there is no contract, We just ask that you give us 24 hours notice to cancel a clean or a charge may still apply.

 

Who will do my cleaning?

We will do our best to send the same cleaner each time, but there may be circumstances due to holidays or sickness where we will need to change the cleaner. However, you will be notified beforehand.

 

How long will it take to clean my home?

Based on the services you require we will give you an exact time frame during the initial home visit when we assess the requirements prior to the clean. Once we have given you the time we will ensure your deadline is met.

 

I have pets at home, do I need to let you know beforehand?

You can let us know how many pets you have, and if they require any special attention. In most cases, your pets won’t be a distraction and your service will be carried out as normal.

 

Do I need to prepare my home beforehand?

Not necessarily. We do recommend that you tidy any personal belongings or important document prior to the visit or any washing up. Anything that you think could be a potential obstacle we recommend you tidy it before we commence cleaning.

 

How do I know that I can trust the cleaner?

All our cleaners are interviewed face-to-face and references are obtained and all of our cleaners have a current CRB certificate (criminal record check). We also have strict vetting procedures to make sure that our staff are legally allowed to work. As part of our on going quality control programme, we encourage feedback on the standard of work. We email clients monthly to check our customers are happy.
